Step 1


6 Movements is changing the way people work out!  We want to help you achieve your fitness goals and that starts with assessing where you are on the fitness continuum and working with you to develop your personal fitness roadmap.

Sign up to meet with a 6M Trainer. During your consultation, we will discuss your fitness background and goals, and, together, chart a roadmap to fitness.

Step 2


Your trial month is a comprehensive program designed to launch you on your fitness journey while acquainting you with the movements and equipment used at 6M.  During this limited time offer, you pay only $150.

The 30-day Trial includes:

12 Group Foundations Classes

One (1) Goal Planning Session

One (1) Test Out Session.

Foundations classes focus on developing skills, body control and proper use of 6M equipment.  Students may continue in Foundations  or opt to Test Out and enroll in other 6M classes throughout their Trial period.
If you already possess an understanding of the proper movements necessary to participate in other 6M classes you may Test Out of Foundations and use your trial period for other 6M classes. Contact the studio for more details and to schedule your Test Out.

Step 3


You’ve completed your trial month and are ready to commit to your fitness! At 6M we offer a variety of services to meet the different needs and interests of our members. Aside from classes, small groups, and personal training, 6 Movements members receive:

Quarterly Check-Ins (goal planning, body comp, measurements, nutrition)

Member discounted pricing to specialty events & workshops

Access to a private 6 Movements group on Facebook

Access to Nutritional information and challenges.

Opportunity to participate in 6M Crew, Kettlebell and Nordic Walking Clubs.
