Spring Series runs from February 3rd – April 7th and finishes with the April 15th Seattle Spartan Sprint.
OCR training is held Saturdays 7AM at the 6 Movements Fitness Studio in Edmonds
Your team leader is Cindy Kim, Spartan Trifecta and Certified SGX Coach.
Nearly anyone can finish a Spartan Race. Including you. The SGX functional fitness program is a great way to prepare. Whether you have just discovered the athlete within, or are an established competitor, SGX can give you the physical and mental capacity to take on whatever challenges are thrown your way, on and off the course. SGX body weight-focused workouts are varied, novel and typically conducted in a group. You will bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat and twist… exactly what your body has been designed to do for over millions of years.
