I use kettlebell lifting, indoor rowing and bodyweight exercise to help people live strong, active lifestyles.  I founded 6 Movements Fitness Studio to provide an environment where adults of all different ages and fitness levels could experience a great workout; including those like myself, who live in high-mileage bodies, with arthritis and artificial joints.  One of my top priorities as an instructor and studio owner is to ensure that  no matter where someone is in their fitness journey, when they walk into our studio, they are welcomed with love and respect.

When not working at the studio or spending time with my husband and 2 dogs, I can be found training for Kettlebell Sport competitions. I fell in love with this addictive competitive lifting sport in 2016 and have been humbled and challenged every since.  I am presently one of the oldest women (a.k.a Veterans) competing in the USA, proving every day that age is only a number.
